Duties
(a) To assist in the formation of Owners Corporations and handling other related matters;
(b) To assist District Office staff in matters relating to building management and implementation of the District-led Actions Scheme;
(c) To perform general clerical duties;
(d) To assist in organising and coordinating community activities;
(e) To assist in surveys as and when required;
(f) To provide feedback and sound out public opinion; and
(g) To handle any other duties assigned.
職責
(a) 協助大廈成立業主立案法團,及處理其他相關事宜;
(b) 協助民政事務處職員處理有關樓宇管理及推行地區主導行動計劃的事宜;
(c) 處理一般文書工作;
(d) 協助推行及籌辦社區活動;
(e) 在有需要時,協助進行調查研究工作;
(f) 轉達市民之意見及反應;及
(g) 處理任何其他指派的工作。
Terms of appointment
(a) Successful candidate(s) will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for for not more than 12 months. Contract renewal will be subject to the satisfactory performance, operational needs and availability of resources.
(b) Candidates will be appointed on part-time basis, and may need to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays and outside working hours upon requests.
(c) Working area will be in Sham Shui Po District, and may need to work outdoors and irregular hours if necessary.
聘用條款
(a) 應徵者如獲錄用,將會按非公務員合約條款受聘,合約期不多於12個月。續約與否須視乎工作表現、工作需要及資源是否足夠而定;
(b) 受聘者將以兼職形式聘任,如有需要,須於星期六、日、公眾假期及辦公時間外工作;
(c) 工作地點位於深水埗區,或須在戶外和不定時工作。
Benefits
Unless one of the exemptions specified in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Scheme Ordinance (Cap. 485) is applicable to the successful candidate, the Government will arrange to make contributions for the candidate to a registered MPF scheme. Other benefits such as rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), maternity leave, paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance when applicable.

How to apply
(1) Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk/english/recruit/application/330.html).
(2) Applications which are incomplete or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by e-mail will not be accepted.
(3) Except submitting the applications online, candidates must also submit (1) copies of certificates and transcripts in support of the academic qualifications and (2) supporting document of work experience in person, by post on or before the closing date for applications to the following contact address. Applications submitted by other means will not be accepted. Please specify "Application for Community Organizer (Part-time)" on the envelope. The on-line application number should be quoted on the envelope and the supporting documents. For submission of supporting documents by post, the post mark date(s) on the envelope will be regarded as the date of submission. To avoid unsuccessful delivery of mail items, please ensure that the correct address is clearly printed or written on the envelope and sufficient postage has been paid before posting. Mail items bearing insufficient postage will not be delivered to this Department and will be returned to the sender or disposed of by the Hongkong Post, where appropriate. An applicant will bear any consequences arising from not paying sufficient postage.
(4) As invitations for the selection interview will be made through e-mail, applicants should provide clearly their e-mail addresses on the application forms and be responsible for ensuring that the provided e-mail addresses can receive the invitations.
(5) Candidates who are not invited for interview within 10 weeks from the closing date may assume that their applications are unsuccessful and will not be further notified.
(6) Candidates should bring along the following documents when attending interviews: (i) HKID Card; (ii) Original of academic proof; (iii) Original of employment proof; and (iv) One recent photo.

(2) 申請書如資料不全或以親身、郵寄、傳真或電郵方式遞交,概不受理。
(3) 除網上遞交申請書外,申請人亦必須於截止申請日期或之前把(1)學歷的證書和修業成績表副本及(2)工作證明副本以親身、郵寄方式交回下述聯絡地址,其他方式概不受理。請在信封面註明 「應徵社區幹事(兼職)職位」及在信封面和文件副本上註明網上申請編號。如以郵寄方式遞交證明文件,信封上的郵戳日期將視為遞交證明文件的日期。為避免郵件未能成功派遞,申請人在投寄前請確保信封面已清楚寫上正確地址及已支付足夠郵資。所有郵資不足的郵件將不會派遞至本處,並會由香港郵政按情況退還寄件人或銷毀。申請人須自行承擔因未有支付足夠郵資而引致的任何後果。
(4) 申請人如獲邀參加面試,會以電郵方式收到通知。申請人必須在申請表格上清楚填寫個人的電郵地址,並有責任確保所提供的電郵地址能接收有關獲邀通知。
(5) 申請人如在截止申請日期後十個星期內未獲邀參加面試,可視作落選,而落選的申請人將不獲另行通知。

- (a)(ii) Level 2 [Note (3)]/ Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [Note (2)], or equivalent;
- (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note (3)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
- (c) the ability to communicate in fluent Chinese and English; and
- (d) good knowledge with computer software application, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese Input Method including Changjie/ Quick.
