Department 部門: Fire Services Department 消防處
Duties
(1) To create, design and produce digital and print materials for various community education programmes, campaigns and activities organised by the Department, including the Fire Services Department Community Emergency Responder (FSDCER) and Fire Services Department Building Emergency Responder (FSDBER), etc.;
(2) To create and design infographics, key visuals, motion graphics and digital content, such as social media posts, web banners and digital ads, for different digital and social media platforms;
(3) To create and refine designs, including visual styles and effects, colour schemes, typography and key graphic components, for use of interactive training and promotional materials;
(4) To collaborate with production houses in the design execution and production of different digital and print materials, including preparing and providing artwork, illustrations and graphic assets to the production houses, reviewing and commenting on design drafts, storyboards and preliminary cuts, ensuring their alignment with the approved visual concepts and programme objectives as well as production timelines;
(5) To assist in managing and updating the repository of design assets and templates for application across different districts, venues and publicity channels; and
(6) To perform any other duties as assigned.
職責
(1) 為消防處舉辦的各類社區教育活動及計劃（例如消防處社區應急先鋒及消防處樓宇應急先鋒）創作、設計和製作數碼及印刷資料；
(2) 為不同數碼及社交媒體平台創作和設計資訊圖表、主視覺圖像、動態圖形及數碼內容，例如社交媒體帖文、網站橫額及數碼廣告；
(3) 就互動訓練及宣傳物品創作和完善設計，包括視覺風格及效果、顏色設計、字體排印及主要圖像元素；
(4) 與製作公司合作，設計和製作各類數碼及印刷資料，包括為製作公司準備和提供美術稿件、插圖及圖像素材，審閱設計稿、影片分鏡圖及初剪版本並提出意見，確保其符合已批准的視覺概念、計劃目標及製作時間表；
(5) 協助管理和更新設計素材及模板儲存庫，以供不同地區、場地及宣傳渠道應用；以及
(6) 執行獲指派的其他職務。
Terms of appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for 12 months from the date of appointment subject to review for further renewal.
Selected candidates will be required to work on a part-time basis and at a schedule arranged by supervisor subject to a maximum of 16.5 hours per week within 8:30 am to 5:45 pm from Mondays to Fridays and a minimum of 60 hours per month.
聘用條款
成功的申請人將按非公務員合約條款聘用，合約期由聘用日期起計12個月，續約與否視乎屆時情況而定。
獲取錄的申請人將以兼職形式工作，並須按主管編排的時間表在星期一至五上午八時三十分至下午五時四十五分內上班，每周的工作時數不超過16.5小時，而每個月最少工作60小時。
How to apply
(1) Applicants MUST submit application via the G.F. 340 (Rev. 7/2023) On-line Application System through the Civil Service Bureau's website (http://www.csb.gov.hk). Only on-line applications will be accepted.
(2) Copies of documentary proof of possession of the required academic qualifications (e.g. transcripts, certificates, etc.) and relevant working experiences should be submitted by email to
[email protected] on or before the closing date of application. Please mark the email subject with the title of the applied job and your on-line application number. If candidates fail to provide the supporting documents by email as requested on or before the closing date of application, their applications will not be considered.
(3) All applications must be submitted in accordance with the aforesaid methods. Applications not made in the prescribed form or which are incomplete or late will not be considered.
(4) Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in about three to six weeks from the closing date for application. As invitation will be sent to applicants by email, applicants should provide an accurate email address in their application forms and check their emails if they receive an invitation. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

(4) 申請人如獲邀參加面試，通常會在截止申請日期後約三至六星期內接獲通知。由於面試通知書將以電郵發出，申請人須於申請書上提供正確的電郵地址和查閱電郵是否收到面試通知書。如申請人未獲邀參加面試，可視作落選論。
