獲錄用者將會按非公務員合約條件聘用，合約期1年。
以郵寄、傳真或親身遞交的紙本申請，概不受理。

職責
(a) 為推行「全校參與分層支援有自閉症的學生」三層支援模式（簡稱「分層支援自閉症」模式）的學校提供諮商意見，並向教師示範有效的策略；
(b) 為學校教師舉辦有關推行「分層支援自閉症」模式的專業培訓；
(c) 整理學校及服務提供機構在推行「分層支援自閉症」模式及「強項為本小組」的有效做法；
(d) 協助進行實地探訪以監察「強項為本小組」的推行情況；
(e) 檢視及評估學校推行「分層支援自閉症」模式的效能；
(f) 為推行「學校與非政府機構協作」模式提供行政支援；
(g) 監察「學校與非政府機構協作」模式提供的服務；以及
(h) 執行獲指派的其他職責。
福利
(a) 根據《僱傭條例》的規定，按適當情況，可享有14天年假、休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、產假/侍產假及疾病津貼。
(b) 獲錄用者如圓滿履行合約、而期間一直表現理想兼行為良好，可獲發約滿酬金。該筆酬金，連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款，將相等於合約期所得底薪總額的15%。

Duties
(a) To provide consultative advice to schools on the implementation of the 3-Tier Autism Intervention Model (the AIM Model) and to demonstrate effective strategies to teachers;
(b) To organise professional training for teachers on the implementation of the AIM Model;
(c) To compile effective practices of schools and service providers in the implementation of the AIM Model and Strength-Based Programmes;
(d) To assist in conducting on-site visits to monitor the implementation of the Strength-Based Programmes;
(e) To review and assess the effectiveness of schools' implementation of the AIM Model;
(f) To provide administrative support for the implementation of the NGO-School Collaboration Initiative;
(g) To monitor the services provided by the NGO-School Collaboration Initiative; and
(h) To perform other duties as assigned.
Terms of appointment
Successful candidates will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for 1 year.
Benefits
(a) 14 days annual leave and full pay sickness allowance whereas rest days, statutory holidays(or substituted holidays), maternity leave/paternity leave, where appropriate, will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
(b) A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
