iGears 正為社福界一個多年期數碼平台項目招聘資深項目經理，帶領內部及夥伴團隊，交付供多間服務機構使用的個案管理後台、網頁及 iOS／Android 應用程式，以及公眾網站。要求 8 年以上 IT 項目管理經驗，曾負責網頁及手機應用程式項目；具 NGO、社福或公營機構項目經驗優先。2026 年 11 月上任，並須於 10 月下旬出席客戶簡報。

iGears Technology Limited has built web, mobile and cloud systems for Hong Kong NGOs, social-service organisations, schools, churches and businesses since 2004.
About the role
We are preparing a multi-year digital platform project in the social-service sector: a case-management back office used by several service organisations, web, iOS and Android apps for service users, and a public website. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead it from kick-off through launch and the support period.
Responsibilities
• Own the project plan, schedule, budget, risks and issues, and deliver fixed-date milestones in iterative increments
• Meet the client in person at weekly progress meetings and prepare written progress reports
• Run requirement workshops and change control with several user organisations
• Lead in-house and partner teams of business analysts, developers, mobile developers, UX designers and testers
• Plan and run user acceptance testing with frontline staff, data migration, cutover, training (in Traditional Chinese) and go-live
• Work with the security lead on the security risk assessment, the privacy impact assessment and penetration-test fixes, and keep the project compliant with the PDPO and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility
• Manage the post-launch support period and service levels
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of IT project management experience, including web and mobile app projects
• Experience delivering case-management, CRM, membership or multi-organisation platforms; experience with NGO, social-service or public-sector clients is a strong advantage
• A record of launching on fixed dates with agile or iterative delivery
• Working knowledge of information security and personal data privacy (PDPO); exposure to security risk assessments or privacy impact assessments is an advantage
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred
• Fluent Cantonese and English; good written Chinese
• Based in Hong Kong and able to meet the client in person every week
• Available to start in November 2026 and to join a client presentation in late October 2026
