Duties
(a) Act as a Store Inspector to perform GII in strict accordance with Engineering Procedure Manuals in Kai Tak Division (KTD) and Chek Lap Kok (CLK);
(b) Supervise technical staff in performing GII in bid for gaining practical experience;
(c) Develop, deliver, and oversee training modules for technical staff in relation to aircraft maintenance, Quality Assurance (QA) processes, and GII procedures; and
(d) Provide direct mentorship to junior engineers and technicians to accelerate their competency in airworthiness regulations.
職責
(a) 擔任倉庫檢驗員，於啟德分部及赤鱲角嚴格按照工程程序手冊執行入庫檢驗；
(b) 監督技術人員執行入庫檢驗，以助其累積實際經驗；
(c) 與飛機維修、品質保證流程及入庫檢驗程序相關的技術人員進行開發、教授及監督培訓課程；及
(d) 直接指導初級工程師及技術人員，以加快其掌握適航法規的能力。
Terms of appointment
The successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms on part-time basis for one year. Number of working hours within a week may vary depending on the actual needs. Normally, the successful candidate will be required to work at a schedule arranged by the supervisor under 17 hours per week and under 68 hours in a specified 4 week period.
聘用條款
獲聘用者將按非公務員合約條款受聘，為期一年。獲聘用者的工作時數會按實際需要而定。獲聘用者一般按照監督編定的日程，每週工作少於17小時，並且在指定的4週內工作時間少於68小時。

Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk). Applications which are incomplete or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by e-mail will not be considered.
Applicants are required to provide their email addresses on the application forms. Applicants who are selected for further consideration will normally receive an invitation by email in about four to six weeks from the closing date for application. Those who are not invited for assessment/interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

Requirements
- Candidates should have:
- (a) At least 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience. In which at least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience is related to the EC155B1, EC175B, DA42NG and CL605 aircraft models;
- (b) At least 5 years of experience in Goods Inward Inspection (GII) of aircraft parts;
- (c) Held current Government Flying Service Workshop Authorization (Q1) or equivalent;
- (d) Conversant with computer systems of CAMPIS IAS and Envision, and
- (e) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

- (a) 具備最少10年飛機維修經驗，其中最少5年的飛機維修經驗與EC155B1、EC175B、DA42NG及CL605型號的飛機相關；
- (b) 最少5年飛機零件入庫檢驗的經驗；
- (c) 持有現行政府飛行服務隊的工場授權（Q1）或同等資格；
- (d) 熟悉運用CAMPIS IAS及Envision電腦系統；及
- (e) 良好中英文會話及書寫能力。
