Duties
A Registrar is mainly deployed to:
(a) lead, plan and conduct accreditation exercises, and undertake projects related to quality assurance of training programmes;
(b) analyse accreditation documents, provide professional advice about Qualifications Framework and produce accreditation reports;
(c) undertake academic-related works for the Bachelor's degree programme, covering admission, enrolment, curriculum review and quality assurance processes, etc.
(d) represent the Police College in liaising with other government bureaux, institutions, professional bodies, including but not limited to the HKCAAVQ and HKQF Secretariat;
(e) develop accreditation procedures and guidelines, and undertake research and consultancy projects for accreditation strategy development;
(f) coordinate and provide accreditation training programmes to officers in different stage of the accreditation process;
(g) review and implement Quality Assurance Mechanism, including relevant audits, to ensure the compliance with the quality assurance requirements and accreditation standards;
(h) coordinate and document curriculum reviews for continuous improvement of the training programmes;
(i) prepare documents and liaise with the institutions, both local and overseas, for the purpose of programme articulation and credit transfer; and
(j) perform any other duties as directed by senior officers.
職責
評審主任主要擔任的工作包括：
(a) 領導、策劃和進行評審工作，並負責與訓練質素保證相關的項目；
(b) 分析評審文件，就資歷架構提供專業意見，並撰寫評審報告；
(c) 處理學士學位課程的收生、入學安排、課程檢討及質素保證工作等學術事務；
(d) 代表警察學院與其他政府決策局、機構、專業團體聯繫，包括但不限於香港學術及職業資歷評審局和香港資歷架構秘書處；
(e) 訂立評審程序和指引，並就如何發展評審策略進行研究及顧問項目；
(f) 在評審過程的不同階段，為人員統籌及舉辦評審訓練課程；
(g) 檢討和實施質素保證機制，包括相關審計工作，確保課程符合質素保證要求和評審標準；
(h) 統籌課程檢討並作記錄，持續改善訓練課程的質素；
(i) 就課程銜接和學分轉移事宜準備文件，並與本地及海外院校聯繫，以及
(j) 執行高級人員指派的其他職務。
Terms of appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on one-year non-civil service contract terms.

Benefits
(a) Rest days, statutory holidays or any of the three specified non-Sunday general holidays (or substituted holidays), annual leave, maternity/paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
(b) 14 days of paid annual leave will be granted.
(c) An end-of-contract gratuity may be granted if the contract is satisfactorily completed with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity (if granted), plus the Government’s contribution to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme as required by the MPF Schemes Ordnance (Cap. 485), will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
福利
(a) 受聘人可在符合《僱傭條例》規定的適當情況下，享有休息日、法定假日或任何三天非星期日的指明公眾假期(或代替假日)、年假、產假/侍產假及疾病津貼。
(b) 受聘人可享有十四日有薪年假。
(c) 受聘人如能圓滿完成合約，並於合約期間一直表現理想及行為良好，可獲發約滿酬金。該筆酬金(如獲發放)連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》(第485章)的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款，將相等於受聘人在合約期內所得底薪總額的百分之十五。
How to apply
Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk) on or before 23 October 2026. Applications which are incomplete or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by e-mail will not be accepted.
Applicants should state clearly in their application forms the details of their academic qualifications and working experience. Applicants should also submit copies of the required supporting documents, including copies of (a) certificates and transcripts in support of academic qualifications; (b) supporting documents of working experience; and (c) supporting documents of level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages, by e-mail to (
[email protected]) on or before 30 October 2026. The title of the post being applied for and the online application number should be quoted in the subject of the e-mail and on every page of the copies of the relevant supporting documents. If applicants fail to provide the relevant supporting documents by the above specified date, or if the relevant supporting documents are received after the above specified date or are insufficient, such applications will NOT be considered.
Candidates who are selected for language test/interview will normally receive an invitation in about 8 to 10 weeks from the closing date for application. Longer time may be required under certain circumstances, e.g. when a large number of applications are received. Those who are not invited for language test/interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

[email protected]，並在電郵標題及證明文件副本的每一頁註明其申請的職位名稱及網上申請編號。如申請人未能在上述日期或之前遞交所需證明文件副本或所需證明文件副本未能在上述日期或之前送達，或所遞交的證明文件副本不齊全，其申請將不獲受理。
申請人如獲邀參加語文能力測試／面試，通常會在截止申請日期後約8至10個星期內接獲通知。如遇到申請眾多等情況，可能需時稍長。如申請人未獲邀參加語文能力測試／面試，則可視作經已落選。
