Duties
(a) To provide support services for recreation and sports programmes including training courses, sports competitions, fun days and carnivals;
(b) To supervise and coordinate the work of the officials;
(c) To perform general office clerical work, including computer data processing and data entry;
(d) To provide support services for recreation and sports programmes, such as collating and compiling statistics, liaising with collaborating parties or participants, arranging and transporting for equipment;
(e) To handle complaints and ad hoc incidents;
(f) To handle enquiries on matter of SmartPLAY system and general enquiries; and
(g) To assist the public to register as users and use of the SmartPLAY system and devices.
職責
(a) 協助籌備及執行各項康體活動，包括訓練班、體育比賽、同樂日及嘉年華會等；
(b) 督導及協調轄下工作人員的工作；
(c) 處理一般辦公室文書工作，包括電腦資料輸入等；
(d) 負責康體活動的支援工作，如收集和整理統計資料、聯絡合作團體或參加者、安排及運送活動物資；
(e) 解答一般的查詢及處理突發事情；
(f) 解答有關 SmartPLAY(康體通)系統及一般查詢；以及
(g) 協助市民登記成為SmartPLAY(康體通)用戶及使用該系統及有關設備。
Terms of appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms. Renewal of contract will be subject to the department’s operational need and the work performance and conduct of the appointee.
聘用條款
獲取錄的申請人將按非公務員合約條款聘用；續約與否須視乎部門工作需要、受聘人的工作表現和行為而定。
How to apply
(a) Applicants should apply online via the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk). Applications submitted by other means (including in person, by post, fax or e-mail) will not be accepted.
(b) After completing the online application, applicants must email copies of the relevant supporting documents specified in the “entry requirements” to
[email protected]. The email subject must state “Application for the Post of Non-Civil Service Contract Part-time Staff (Central & Western District and Southern District Leisure Services Offices)” and the online application number. The online application number must also be quoted on every page of the supporting documents.
(c) Any application which is incomplete, submitted without relevant supporting documents, late or not duly signed will not be considered.
(d) Applicants selected for an interview will usually be notified within 4 to 5 weeks after the closing date. Applicants not invited for an interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

[email protected]。請在電郵標題註明「申請非公務員合約兼職員工(中西區及南區康樂事務辦事處)」及網上申請編號，並於證明文件副本每一頁註明網上申請編號。
(c) 資料不全、沒有提供相關證明文件、未妥為簽署的申請將不獲考慮。
(d) 申請人如獲邀參加面試，通常會在截止申請日期後4至5個星期內接獲通知。如申請人未獲邀參加面試，可視作落選論。
