技術主任(材料試驗)／Technical Officer (Laboratory)

聘用條款
獲取錄的申請人通常會按公務員試用條款受聘三年。通過試用關限後，或可獲考慮按當時適用的長期聘用條款聘用。

申請人請盡量在申請表格上提供電郵地址。申請人如獲選參加面試，通常會在截止申請日期後約六至八個星期內接到通知。如申請人未獲邀參加面試，則可視作經已落選。

職責
技術主任(材料試驗)的主要職責為︰(i)採集及試驗建築物料樣本(包括土壤和岩石)；(ii)編寫及分析測試結果；(iii)擬備試驗證明書；(iv)校正及檢驗器材；以及(v)協助訓練初級人員。獲取錄的申請人可能會借調往其他政府部門工作，並可能須不定時工作和執行戶外工作。

申請方法
申請人必須透過公務員事務局的G.F. 340 網上申請系統(https://www.csb.gov.hk)，於2026年10月16日或之前作網上申請。申請如資料不全、逾期遞交，或以親身、郵寄、傳真或電郵方式遞交，概不受理。

此外，申請人必須於2026年10月23日或之前把學歷資格的證書和修業成績副本(包括載有中國語文及英國語文科成績的證書和修業成績副本)電郵至[email protected]，並在電郵標題註明「申請技術主任(材料試驗)職位」及網上申請編號。若申請人成功透過電郵遞交所需文件副本，自動化系統會發出訊息予申請人以確認收到電郵。沒有遞交所需文件副本的申請，或以親身、郵寄或傳真方式遞交所需文件副本的申請，概不受理。

Duties
A Technical Officer (Laboratory) is mainly deployed on: (i) sampling and testing construction materials (including soil and rock); (ii) compiling and analysing test results; (iii) preparing test certificates; (iv) calibrating and checking equipment; and (v) assisting in the training of junior staff. Successful candidates appointed may be seconded to other government departments, and may be required to work irregular hours and perform outdoor duties.

Terms of appointment
A new recruit will normally be appointed on civil service probationary terms for three years. Upon passage of probation bar, he/she may be considered for appointment on the prevailing permanent terms.

Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk) on or before 16 October 2026. Applications which are incomplete, late, or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by email will NOT be accepted.

In addition, applicants must submit copies of certificates and transcripts in support of the academic qualifications (including copies of certificates and transcripts showing the results achieved in Chinese and English Languages) by email to [email protected] on or before 23 October 2026 with “Application for the post of Technical Officer (Laboratory)” and the online application number stated in the email subject. Applicants who successfully submit copies of the required documents through email will receive an automatic acknowledgement message to confirm receipt of the email. Applications will NOT be accepted if copies of the required documents have not been submitted, or have been submitted in person, by post or by fax.

Applicants are encouraged to provide their email addresses on the application forms. Applicants who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in about six to eight weeks from the closing date for application. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
