Duties
(a) To assist in providing professional support measures of the Territory-wide System Assessment (TSA);
(b) To continue with the development and enhancement of the Student Assessment Repository (STAR) Platform by designing assessment items / tasks, as well as learning and teaching resources; and modifying / consolidating the existing learning and teaching resources, including those of the Web-based Learning and Teaching Support (WLTS) and GoAdaptive to complete the entire set of the full curriculum resources for Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3;
(c) To enhance the section "Self-selected Assessments" as a self-learning tool / resource for students;
(d) To provide Hong Kong Education City with professional support in promoting the use of the resources at schools;
(e) To assist in conducting collaborative projects with frontline teachers for enhancing the implementation of learning, teaching and assessment;
(f) To render support in organising and conducting professional development programmes for schools and different stakeholders to promote assessment literacy; and
(g) To perform other duties as assigned by the supervising officers.
職責
(a) 協助推行全港性系統評估的專業支援措施；
(b) 設計評估項目／課業及學與教資源，以持續發展和增潤「學生評估資源庫」；修改和整合現有的學與教資源，包括「網上學與教支援」和「適學網」平台的內容，使第一、第二和第三學習階段有一套完整齊備的課程資源；
(c) 增潤「學生自選評估」資源庫，以發展成為學生的自學工具／資源；
(d) 為香港教育城提供專業支援，鼓勵學校善用有關資源；
(e) 協助推行與前線教師合作的項目，提升學與教及評估的實際成效；
(f) 就安排和開辦專業發展課程提供支援，促進學校和不同持份者的評估素養；以及
(g) 執行上級委派的其他職務。
Terms of appointment
Successful candidates will be employed on non-civil service contract terms up for 1.5 years.
聘用條款
獲錄用者將會按非公務員合約條件聘用，合約期1.5年。
Benefits
(a) 14 days annual leave and full pay sickness allowance whereas rest days, statutory holidays(or substituted holidays), maternity leave/paternity leave, where appropriate, will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
(b) A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equal to 10% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.

(a) 根據《僱傭條例》的規定，按適當情況，可享有14天年假、休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、產假/侍產假及疾病津貼。
(b) 獲錄用者如圓滿履行合約、而期間一直表現理想兼行為良好，可獲發約滿酬金。該筆酬金，連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款，將相等於合約期所得底薪總額的10%。

Application submitted in paper form by post, by fax or in person is NOT ACCEPTED.
(2) Applicants should mark clearly on their application forms their degree and certificate of education courses, language proficiency and a detailed account of work experience with a description of duties.
(3) Applications that are incomplete, late or not submitted online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (<a href="https://www.csb.gov.hk">https://www.csb.gov.hk</a>), do not meet the entry requirements, or are not made in the prescribed form will not be considered.
(4) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions / Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. All applicants must submit scanned copies of the supporting documents to the application (e.g. official transcripts and certificates for the qualifications obtained outside Hong Kong) to the designated email address

(5) Applicants who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in about twelve to fourteen weeks from the closing date for application.
